Our pricing is broken up into two parts. First, we charge a one-time fee for registrations. These include business formations and registrations with Sales & Use Tax and Unemployment Tax Agencies.
The second part of our pricing mirrors a yearly subscription fee for business upkeep items. Acting as a registered agent is an ongoing obligation on our part, and we bill annually. In addition, we continuously deliver on our compliance and virtual address solutions, so these services are billed annually as well.
What We Are and What We Are Not
We do not seek to woo you with ultra-low prices and promises of rock-bottom rates. We do not advertise price quotes and then add tons of hidden fees at checkout. Our quotes are all-inclusive and clear from the beginning. Most importantly, you will also notice that our prices are not confiscatory.
